OPD provides three types of Implementation package to meet with your requirement.

Assisted Implimentation

You take responsibility for the project and much of the effort, but OPD will provide help by providing CMMS
Implementation and skills into your business and through till the project completion.

Managed Implimentation

OPD will take on a management role for the project up to the completion of the pilot stage, and provide
resources where appropriate. You will manage the system roll out and volume training.

Continues Improvements

The wealth of experience and information gathered during the execution of wide variety of project is shared
with clients for improvements of their maintenance management system in place.

Total Implimentation

OPD will take on the entire Implementation from start to finish. This option makes minimal use of your
internal resource and includes all data preparation and hand over training.
